Friends, To share with you a little success story:
After about 8-10 workshops, now 4 of ladies has learnt to make paper bags without my help. Till now during their practice work , I have collected 41 bags which are in such a condition which can be sold. About 8-10 bags, I had to removed from the collected bags as they are not in position that can be sold. and about 3-4 bags were neither to be used nor to be sold. But I need to practice myself alot for making the ladies perfect, as i have not learnt from anyone. I myself found ways to make paper bag easy. But finally 1wk back I finally made it easy and then make ladies understand. One problem is they are illeterate, so cant read from scale also, so i made a scale on a wooden stick by putting marks for the reqd measurement using permanent marker. Now they are able to make bags without my help but now need to work on their speed. Till now they are taking 30 min for one bag. But with practice definitely they will be able to make more no. of bags in less time.
