Hello everyone, First of all wish u all a very happy and prosperous new year... The reason behind writing this email is to express my views on the disputes about the various issues in the google group.I personally feel that the google group is not meant to criticize anyone. Dear friends,the best way to solve any conflict is to talk face to face rather than shooting a mail and initiating any kind of offenses.It is a very good medium to keep everyone updated about the ongoing activities in SWS and to discuss about the various issues. AND IT SHOULD REMAIN LIKE THIS. I completely agree with Amit that this way we will make our google grp like a parliament house where nothing constructive is done rather ppl keep on criticizing each other and keep on playing blame games.I think we are more sensible than they are.....
I would also like you to think from the perspective of a new member in sanskaari, when he/she will see these kind of debates i think it will create a very negative impression on his/her mind about SWS..... And yes one more thing..... Amit has asked..... What is green team....??? Is it just nakul n anubhav....??? No.... we all are part of every project of sws including green team...so whether they show up every time or not....the work must go on.....!! Cz only this way we will be able to call ourselves a team...... I appreciate the way Amit has showed the self-responsibility by taking the lead of green team until the things gets smoother.....and we should support him by actively taking part in every coming activity of green team..... I want to tell you all that there is NO PARTICULAR TOPIC because of which i wrote this mail (that is why this mail is in a new thread),u know there are many, and every time I read them these thoughts come into my mind....And also that these are my personal view points which I thought I should discuss with you.... At the end,I would only like to say that in case you find that this is the best medium to sort the conflict...then focus on SORTING IT OUT IN A SHAPE OF A HEALTHY ARGUMENT...... I am sure you all are mature and sensible enough to understand what I wanted to convey.....It is my humble request to all to plz think about what all I said and from the next time ,think cool mindedly ,before posting anything contradictory here....
