Well, since long time all will be thinking activities in Sanskaari are looking like halted, even I was feeling that. No communication ........ No coordination........... Silence..... Well friends, let me first sharing a good news and congratulations to all as Delhi Govt has passed the rule for ban of plastic bags and selling goods in Plastic bags is now crime person will be fined Rs 1 lakh. 3-4 days back I went to one of shop keeper whom i gave 175 bags and got 300 Rs for that. That day he said give me 500 bags. in 15-20 days. I said sorry sir I wont be able to give this coz at this cost I m not able to staisfy our ladies of Sahyog. So I will charge 2:50 Rs. he said ok. but yesterday rule was passed and today he called me give me 300 bags and take 2 Rs for small which earlier was 1:50 Rs and now we can go for cost of bag according to our demand. I said kal market me polythene tha but ab rule aa gaya to definitely market usi ke according chalegi sir. And all people will be thinking that no activity was going on these days but actually I was doing sahyog workshop in late evenings from 5:30-9:30 pm at ladies homes. But due to buzy schedule I could not update here on google group. Tilak Vihar Paathshala is also re started again from 4th Jan on Sat and Sun. Well..................I need your support to capture the market and already about 275 bags with Sanskaari label has reached in market so branding of Sanskaari is possible with this sahyog. So friends if u can conduct workshops in nearby slum areas for paper bags then we can raise alot of funds from this project. Even we can make women empowered. from one bag we can give 2 Rs labour in large size bag as currently they are giving 4 Rs to us. but we can expect 5 Rs from that. So think of big market. If u all will help me , then Sahyog can be a big project. I can come at your place - where I can conduct work shop for 2-3 days but follow up of paper bags, that you have to do. If u urself wanna learn making paper bag then I can conduct workshop for our members also. So can I get the commitment from our Sanskaari members for Sahyog. Waiting for members responses.
