This is to inform all that We have started a centralised reporting system at
Sanskaari Welfare Society to smoothen the working of Sanskaari and keeping
track record of all the activities at Sanskaari.

For this we have appointed an Admin coordinator named Ms Aarti- who will
take care of all the projects update.


   1. *All the paathshala heads are requested to mes the details of
   paathshalas and whatever projects they are handling on daily basis so that
   all details get piled up at a common point which is accessible to
   management. Following details need to mention: **Name of paathshala, Name
   of volunteers present, No. of students present, time of paathshala, any
   special activity if done. *
   2. *All Project heads will also convey ongoing progress of the project
   they are working on daily basis. For eg: Like in Sahyog Project- Today
   workshop of three ladies done or paper bags were being sold or sewing work
   done by so and so ladies etc. Like in Red ribbon club-  Communicated with
   so and so organisation, planned so and so project, made this project etc.
   etc. Like in Green Team, today went to Delhi envirinment ministry-talked
   to Dr Sabata or met so and so person from so and so environment NGO
etc. Like
   in YLM- session on this topic was conducted in so and so school. no. of
   students present were-----------, so and so volunteers were present. *
   3. *Any new volunteer, if interested to join Sanskaari, this info will be
   immediately be sent to Ms aarti- Name of volunteer along with his/her
   contact no. by location head before joining at field. Ms Aarti will
   immediately convey all these details to Amit or Leena and they will talk to
   new volunteer as early as possible. It is necessary for new volunteer to
   first talk with Amit or Leena before joining at field so that no confusion
   regarding anything about Sanskaari left in the new volunteer's mind. After
   talking with Amit/Leena he/she can join field and within a week/two
   membership formalities will be done. After filling the membership form,
   within one month, Id card will be issued. *
   4. *All members are requested to submit their membership fees before 10th
   of everymonth to their respective location heads or directly to bank a/c.
   Those who are interested to transfer membership fees in bank a/c can take
   details of bank a/c by directly talking on phone. All Location heads have to
   submit the collected membership fees b/w 11th to 17th of that month to Ms
   Aarti who herself will come to the particular Paathshala location and
   collect membership fees from respective location head and then finally
   submit to Management. *
   5. *Apart from these works, Ms Aarti is taking care of Tilak Vihar
   Paathshala, where she is going on thursday sat and sun for teaching kids
   also. *
   6. *Rest maintaing all the official docs- is work of Ms Aarti. She has
   joined on 1st April 2009. *
