(Just want to add this: the word aatasthivaan - (used "like" a
noun/adjective leading to the meaning of past tense)- is sakaaranta,
pullinga, prathama, ekavacanam. Two contexts that I can recall of this
word - one in raghuvamsa, 2nd canto and another in a prabandham called
"duuta-vaakyam" (15th century work). Needles to say, both in laukik
Sanskrit).
thanks !
