I am unable to prosify (create the anvayam of) the second line.
"kasya jAta roShasya samyuge devaaH cha bibhyati"
In which angered person's battle/presence, even devas fear.
But bibhyati is singular and devaaH is plural isn't?
How can they be used together?

The root bhI belongs to the third gaNa, and so bibhyati is in fact plural, not
singular.

What is the singular form, then? and what is the dhAtu pATha (all forms
of the bhI verb)?
But M-W says bibhyati is singular, and bibhyanti is plural.
