This is my direct client opening for Developer Analyst (Java) - Austin,
Texas. This is a long term contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE.
Requirements:
Skills/Experience
8+ Years: Java, JSP development for developing web
applications
8+ Years: Interfacing applications with Relational
database (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
5+ Years: Experience as a technical team lead that also
developed software while leading
3 Years: Websphere Integration Developer
2 Years: Websphere Rational Application Developer
2 Years: Work experience in system testing which
includes the development of test plans, test cases and conducting
testing sessions.
2 Years: Experience in using IBM WebSphere tools.
Strong: Analytical, problem-identification and process
analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from
requirements.
Strong: Interviewing, facilitation, problem resolution,
consensus building, and negotiating skills.
Strong: Experience working independently and as part of
a team.
Preferences:
Skills/Experience
2 Years: Experience in Java web programming.
1 Year: Experience working in a Texas State Agency
