- *5 years industry experience out of which 3 years experience in
application development in finance industry. *
- Experience in development multi-tier, multi-threaded database
applications most recently using C#, SQL Server and/or Sybase
- Strong analytical skills: ability to understand and critique
specifications, confident to push back on unclear requirements.
- The candidate should have good understanding of OO and n-tier
development techniques.
- Experience of supporting end users preferably within a trading
environment.
- Project lifecycle experience: delivery on at least 2 large-scale,
highly complex projects.
- *Object Oriented Design/Programming(5yrs+) *
- *Sybase (3yrs+) SQL, Performance Tuning *
- *MS.Net/C#(3yrs+) *
- *Financial Markets knowledge*
*Desirable:*

- Experience with working with a global team.
- Ideally, the successful candidate will also have had experience working
in the Investment Banking arena.
- They should have a good background in equity and fixed income products
and good knowledge of the securities lending business in particular
- Unix
- ETL
- Windows Server knowledge
