One of my clients in Marlborough, MA is looking for a Senior Oracle Database Developer for a 6-12+ month project. This candidate will be primarily responsible for designing, developing database solutions in Oracle PL/SQL, including but not limited to views, triggers and object types for accessing the database. Strong PL/SQL, data manipulation and data troubleshooting and analysis skills are a must for this position. *Requirements: *Work with the systems analysts to understand functional specifications and estimate work and design database solution Develop database procedures, views and triggers and tune SQL queries Investigate and analyze data related to a major reporting initiative underway Some DBA activities like knowledge of Data dictionary and DDL like create, alter database objects and maintain database privileges *Skills: Must have solid experience in DB Development, DB Administration, and basic systems/application design 5+ years experience Oracle PL/SQL Database Development 5+ years experience SQL tuning (Oracle) 5+ years experience Data Analysis 5+ years experience Data Modeling 5+ years experience UNIX * *Please fill out the following skills-matrix and send back with your response.
