Website is built on IBM's WebSphere Portal Technology. The back-end DB is Oracle 10g. The website uses Business Objects as the reporting platform. This role would lead a team of technical resources (mostly offshore) to evaluate the performance of the website from both an application and database perspective, make performance tuning recommendations, and oversee the implementation of those recommendations.
