*Responsibilities:* As part of the Information, Analytics, and Reporting team, this position will be responsible for reporting related data modeling, administration, and report/query creation using standard reporting tools like Cognos and SQL. This person will perform support activities as well as work with project teams to understand information requirements, and design a reporting solution which could include cubes, reports, and data extracts. This resource will troubleshoot issues and look for opportunities to improve on existing processes, In addition, they will help define and implement best practices and be involved in our Business Intelligence Strategy-- to enable the business with information for decision making. The end result is to provide data solutions and a data environment that will allow users to leverage the reporting tools to become self-sufficient. Non-traditional work hour production support is rare and shared among the team. *Qualifications: * - BS/BA Degree - 5+ years on experience w/ Data warehousing and Cognos - Cognos 7i experience, Powerplay & Impromptu, Oracle discoverer. Experience with Cognos (v8), Oracle Discoverer, SQL, ETL, or *other Query or Reporting Applications* - Excellent Data Analytic skills to assist Business Units w/ their data issues and business process problems. - Strong communication - both verbally and written.
