Project Management experience desired. * Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. * Work well with IT and functional areas. * Communicates effectively. * Meet project deadlines, accept responsibilities, and report progress. * Proficiency in MicroSoft desktop applications. * Ensure that all project goals are accomplished according to specifications and reporting requirements. * Determine time estimates and schedules for own and dependent work and resolve issues in a timely manner. * Identify and track issues, risks and action items. * Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and related work of the project team. Develop contingency plans as necessary. * Consistently provide accurate and detailed estimates. * Execute all assigned responsibilities with little direct supervision.
