Ability to communicate effectively with business and systems teams, internal users and external business partners. Experience with elicitation, development, and documentation of software requirements; software design documentation; software testing; and software implementation activities. Ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal direction and oversight. Ability to develop software requirements documentation, software designs, and SharePoint-based workflow-enabled information system solutions with minimal assistance and supervision. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Minimum of 5-7 years related work experience developing business solutions with Microsfot technologies (.NET). Experience with system development life cycle Duties: The Software Developer / Analyst will serve under the direction of the project manager and will support a project team with the following types of activities: Elicit, document, and develop business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications for SharePoint-based, workflow-enabled information system solutions. Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET solutions for integration into information systems. Support deployment of Web and Sharepoint-based solutions to users.
