Position: *SAP* HR OM PA Lead

Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
* Owns delivery of *functional* solutions as outlined in the SOW * this
includes all aspects of delivery, including project management, process,
technology, and change/training.
* Utilizes SharePoint, PWA and Project Server as defined to accurately
report project status
* Owns and maintains the plan for specific project (s) they are accountable
for. Reviews progress against key milestones and critical path and where
necessary develops work-off plans to recapture any unplanned slippage.
* Responsible for execution to agreed plan and ensuring the completion of
defined deliverables associated with the plan and related SOW.
* Manages resources across multiple skill sets to support execution of plan.

* Prepares weekly status reports and updated project plans and reviews with
customer as well as PMO on weekly basis.
* Manages issue resolution and risk management for scope of work within
their project.
* Adheres to the overall change management process to ensure scope control
is tightly adhered to versus agreed Statement of Work. Prepares change
controls where required for review by the Transition Executive.
* Analyze and design new business processes. Work with the business
architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify
high-level requirements.
* Identify and define business process and application requirements. Work
with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define
metrics and performance goals for the application.
* Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers, and ensure
a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
* Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected
results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
* Facilitates quality reviews and toll-gate reviews for the project.
* Captures customer signoff on project deliverables.
* Ensures compliance with HCMS Transformation methodology and PMO toolkit.
* Clearly communicate objectives and expectations with all team members.
* Ensures team member follow-through on objectives and action plans.
* Ensures that expenditures are made in a manner consistent with
organizational guidelines and within established budgetary guidelines for
the team.
* Escalates issues that cannot be resolved by the team.
* Facilitates on-boarding sessions for new project resources
* Lead the configuration and the development team to configure and setup the
package using the Clients business processes as part of the application
configuration effort.
* Design and develop custom application components to augment the package to
meet all the needs of the business requirements
* Provide package/product expertise and educate the team in regards to
development and implementation.
* Analyze and design new business processes.
* Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current
capabilities and identify high-level requirements.
* Identify and define application requirements and use cases.
* Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to
define metrics and performance goals for the application.
* Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the
designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the
requirements.
* Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and
expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
* Serve as a liaison to the business community. Participate in a user and
task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.
* Serve as a resource for the training architects as they evaluate training
and performance support needs and design the training and performance
support products.
* Develop conversion approach for converting the legacy data and conducting
conversion effort.
* Develop testing approach to conduct end-to-end test that includes the core
system and all the integrating applications.
* Track and monitor closely on the scope and develop change orders for the
new requirements as part of scope control.
* Develop test plan, strategy, test cycles, test scripts and roadmap for the
system test.
* Manage the execution of system test.
Supporting Responsibilities
o Develop production migration strategy and readiness approach.
o Conduct migration of the product to production.
o Packaged software implementation and the standards and procedures
o Communicate the vision and strategy of the application architecture with
the business groups and the executive leadership
o Develop production readiness plan and be responsible for the go-live of
system within the scheduled timeframe and budget from an application
perspective.
