Hi partner, Please let me know, If you have any suitable consultants available on the below urgent requirement Title : Business Analyst with Telecom & Project Mgmt Exp Location : Ashburn, VA Start Date : ASAP Duration : 6 months Rate : $33/HR on C2C Job Description: Define and analyze current business processes for order statusing and tracking initiatives. Develop and document additional irements and improvements that support the business needs through an IT driven soltion for order status and tracking Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business community and development team. Define, analyze, and document existing business processes for multiple business units. Analyze the effectiveness of existing IT systems and interfaces. Proactively conduct interviews with the business sponsor(s) to identify solutions for meeting objectives. Work with business sponsors and IT management to prioritize issues. Develop business, functional and high-level technical requirements. Ensure the success of the project by maintaining working relationships with various business sponsors. Create and maintain accurate project status information that is communicated to the business sponsor(s) on regular scheduled intervals. Create business process test cases that ensure requirements are satisfied and all solutions are implemented successfully. Assist in the development of the training materials for the end user group. Conduct and assist with hands on training sessions for end user group. Facilitate the turnover of ongoing support to help desk. Qualifications: Under graduate degree A minimum of 5-8 years experience in a similar position with some project management experience. Strong skill in business requirement collection, problem-solving, and process/work analysis Strong oral and written communication skills.
