Location: *NY* Duration: *3-6 Months* *Mandatory Technical Requirements: * - Minimum eight (8) years of experience in .NET Framework including: VB.NET <http://vb.net/>, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, ADO.NET<http://ado.net/>, VB6, Java Script, XML, Web Services, VBScript, C#. Should be experienced in object oriented concepts/technologies. - Minimum eight (8) years of development experience with Oracle as backend. Candidate should be experienced in writing very complex SQL, should have strong knowledge of oracle packages, stored procedures and functions. - *Knowledge of SOA trends, SOA standards including web service, XML, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and UDDI is a must.* - Candidate should have two (2) or more years of experience in Oracle and writing complex SQL, should have strong knowledge of oracle packages, stored procedures and functions. *Desirable Requirements: * Experience in writing user controls and server controls. - Experience with, and strong understanding of object-oriented analysis, development principles, and techniques. - Strong understanding of web servers (IIS), application servers, and other elements of an internet/intranet infrastructure. - Ability to work well with others in a team environment; excellent communication skills, both written and oral; high motivation level and superior attention to detail. *Tasks and Duties: * Design, coding and implementation of complex web based software utilizing the Microsoft Dot Net platform. - Responsible for reviewing requirements, analyzing the impact of the requirements on development, and bringing any resulting issues to the attention of the project manager. - Work with the team responsible for installing software changes. Write the release notes, monitor the installation, and check it after it has been installed. - Participation in the development and preparation of documentation for, but not limited to, procedural, program and user documentation. - Design and implementation of complex stored procedures written in Microsoft SQL while ensuring that the procedure code is efficient. - Participate in meetings with users to demonstrate the product. - Help develop and follow application development standards. -- Thanks & Regards..
