Communicate effectively and correctly in writing and verbally on a variety
of business matters as required
Experience required: two years system implementation; or two years system
design; or three years system support in IS department
Strong interpersonal skills to successfully work with internal business and
IT associates
Perform analysis of business requirements and translate into
txsmartbuy.comimplementation approach
Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple assignments, independently drive
issue resolution, and respond quickly in a rapidly changing business
environment
Detail-oriented skill-set with ability to work through ambiguity and
formulate successful strategies for building and loading electronic catalogs
for a wide range of products and services
Excellent organizational skills required to effectively and efficiently
manage large volumes of files and spreadsheets in a dynamic environment

4+ Expert level MS Excel skills and experience and familiarity of all MS
Office products required. Required MS Excel skills include:
- Data manipulation (formatting, sorting, compiling, segregating)
- Experience with importing and exporting various delimited file
formats(comma, space, tab, special characters)

Experience with formulas including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, TRIM,
PROPER, LEFT, RIGHT, MID
4+ Experience recording, modifying, and applying macros (using Visual
Basic for Applications)
3+ Strong analytical and design skills with proven track record.
1+ Knowledge of basic FTP usage (uploading and downloading files)
1+ Experience supervising a team of analysts
