Project Manager -CRM with Salesforce.com Experience Location: NYC Rate: DOE Duration 3+ months Rate: $53/hr C2C Overall Experience: 07-09 Yrs. * Must have strong understanding of CRM processes and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and managing multiple small-mid size CRM projects * Experience with supporting end users, SFDC configuration, conceptual design within SFDC, case management and change management is also required * Experience with any marketing automation tools such as Eloqua is a big plus. * Candidate is expected to manage multiple CRM projects of various sizes and supporting end users as well as operational tasks such as regular case management and keeping case load within limits, manage work load and prioritize case load for other team members. * Ideal candidate would have done business analysis and/or hands-on configuration/development work in CRM area and then moved up to project manager and/or operational manager role.
