Provide tools support and training to new users of the tool throughout launches of functional areas. Update documentation of Change Control application configurations. Manage integration of Change Control tools and applications. Perform tools application troubleshooting. Test and implement tools systems and application patches. Collaborate with Change Control staff to identify, create, and implement automation and behavior models for improved management and reduction of manual processes. *Skills Required: * - Perl, Oracle SQL queries, Unix, CGI scripting, JavaScript *Skills Preferred: * - Nice to Have Skills: Understanding of Networking architecture, configuration, and monitoring. Server administration experience with UNIX, Web, Oracle database. Understanding of Web server administration: Apache, Netscape. *Experience Required: * *Must Have:* 6+ years overall IT experience. 3+ years experience with Perl scripting using an Oracle database (SQL programming composing complicated queries) in a UNIX environment, CGI scripting, JavaScript. 3+ years application development experience, to include time as: Technical lead/analyst, Customer interface, gathering and documenting customer requirements for application development and enhancements. Structured software design and development in one or more of: C, C++, Java/J2EE. Familiar with XML parsing. Understanding of operations processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. *Experience Preferred: * - Nice to Have Skills: Understanding of Networking architecture, configuration, and monitoring. Server administration experience with UNIX, Web, Oracle database. Understanding of Web server administration: Apache, Netscape.
