Programmer Prog Analyst - Adopt Target's methodology in developing design specifications from approved requirements. Participate in design walk throughs and approvals. Partner with DBAs to develop Oracle databases (experience with PERL DBI required). Constructs web-based application using combination of UNIX Shell scripts and PERL (highly experienced PERL CGI and Javascript developer skills required).
