*Responsibilities:*
- Assist in building our automated testing frameworks
- Develop automated tests utilizing said frameworks
- Work closely with developers to understand product requirements,
technology, and user feedback
- Work closely with the manual testing team while implementing
existing manual test cases into automation
- Act as an overall technical QA automation expert - able and willing
to do whatever needs to be done
*Required Skills:*
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Demonstratable knowledge of and hands-on experience in scripting
skills across a wide variety of platforms and languages -- preferably, 4+
years experience in at least two major scripting or programming languages
(Java, Shell scripting, Python, Ruby, VB Script, Perl, PHP, etc.)
- Understanding of XPath queries and functions
- Experience using Selenium RC, Selenium Grid
- Experience building and maintaining a Selenium Regression test suite
- Understanding of object oriented concepts
- Experience with testing database driven web applications
- Thorough knowledge of internet, web applications, XML, and SQL
- Experience using JIRA
- Experience using HP’s Quality Center API
- Experience using HP’s Quick Test Pro
