Hands-on application developer with *strong PLSQL / Unix / Oracle E-Business Suite knowledge*. We need someone who is also very good in *Oracle R12 Financials*. Must have deep R12 experience (6 months+), and be able to compare what they have done in 11.5.8 vs. R12. Must have EXCELLENT communication skills and the ability to articulate their depth of experience. Needs to have experience with interfaces Other needed skills: Reporting tools: Discoverer. XML publisher exposure, extensive API customizations, etc. Knowledgeable about AIM.
