Our Client does not anticipate overtime. Final migration of production systems will be performed May 22nd – May 25th. *DESCRIPTION* Maintaining the SAP enterprise architecture of our Client and provide technical support to the IT related operations and maintenance support to the SAP Basis team. * * *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* - Provide after hours support - Identify changes or additions needed to the current architecture to best support - Current and future business application needs - Participate in the introduction and integration of multiple new technologies on all - System platforms - Perform system and client copies - Perform system patching - Apply OSS notes as needed - Performs other related duties as required *MANDATORY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE* - Four years experience in SAP basis administration - SAP experience in a UNIX (preferably HP-UX) and Windows environment. - Ability to solve problems, both technically and operationally. - Experience with SAP Netweaver - Advanced knowledge of SAP R/3, CRM, ERP, BW and E-Portals - Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in general - Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Services Architecture in particular - Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, as well as work unsupervised when needed - Able to teach and share technical knowledge - Ability to map business processes to technology - particularly SAP technology - Knowledge of the SAP IT Practices / IT Scenarios and how to map those to the Department's business processes - Knowledge of the SAP products Solution Manager - Knowledge of the Computing Center Management Services (CCMS) - Knowledge of the System Landscape Directory (SLD) - Knowledge of the SAP Enterprise Portal architecture and administration *PREFERRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE* - Hands on experience with SAP system patching (executable upgrades) - Hands on experience with SAP system and client copies - Hands on experience with SAP transport management system (Revtrac experience preferred) *NOTES* Three (3) references are required.
