Minimum Requirements: Consultant will be working on Oracle Prodika
implementations; performing configuratuion work and  Data Migration.  They
must know the Prodika apps. very well, and understand the API's - for
integration/ interface issues....

Prior experience performing PLM, supply chain or ERP implementations

Understanding of relational databases and XML

Command of data access and analysis tools such as SQL, MS Excel, and ETL

Understanding of technologies in large-scale web applications, including
.Net

The ability to work independently and remotely

Available for 100% out of town travel M-F each week.

The ability to configure the product to customer specifications.

The ability to effectively and independently run the following types of
customer meetings: Requirements gathering, gap identification, functional
and process design reviews and end of project turn over meetings.

The ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing and in
presentation formats.

The ability to develop an accurate estimate of the work and time required
for assigned implementation activities.

The ability to execute a project plan to budget and schedule milestones.
This would include project budget reporting, identifying and resolving
issues, processing of change orders and providing timely status reporting.

The ability to develop the functional system designs necessary to achieve
the customer business requirements

The ability to develop an effective system test plan

The ability to develop an effective end user training program

The ability to effectively explain, and demonstrate, how the product
performs a business process

Education
Description:

We are currently seeking talented Solutions Consultants to lead the process
design and systems configuration components of Food & Beverage industry
enterprise software implementations. These positions require an analytical
mind, a range of technical and industry skills, and a strong focus on client
service. The applicant must be willing to assume responsibility for a
significant subset of a high-profile engagement and develop skills at a
rapid pace.

The candidate will assist in the analysis of client business processes in
the area of product lifecycle management (PLM) in order to identify
potential issues and develop new processes utilizing the Food & Beverage PLM
applications. The candidate will be expected to lead requirements and design
workshops with clients, configure application functionality and workflows,
and identify integration requirements and resolve issues between process and
application functionality. The candidate will work with business users and
IT personnel, providing support and advice as needed. Candidates must be
comfortable communicating and interacting with customers to review issues
and assist with resolutions.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

Developing customer requirements through leading and/or participating in
workshops

Identifying the gaps between the customer requirements and business
processes and Agile product functionality

Analyzing and designing a solution that meets the customer requirements with
the PLM products

Configuring the PLM product to perform according to the solution design

Assisting the customer in developing test plans, training, and post
implementation support

Developing the necessary documentation for a successful turn over to the
customer upon completion of the project

Provide timely status reporting to the customer on project progress, issue
identification, problem resolution and schedule attainment

Provide customers with direction and recommendations on the best practice
use of the Agile product to achieve the their objectives.

The ideal candidate will also be able to assist in providing input into the
product roadmap and proposal estimates and workplans. The candidate may be
asked to develop reusable implementation templates, workshop guides, and
implementation best practices documentation.

engagements, and execute plans with minimal supervision

Able to contribute to engagement planning

Must have excellent functional process analysis skills

Must be very strong at identifying data patterns and anomalies

Must be able to assess client PLM issues and recommend configuration options

Ability to travel upon request (up to 100%)
