The UVerse Consumer Voice over IP IP Multimedia System (IMS) project supports the voice service offering (platform/capacity/network/new features associated with AT&Ts TV, Internet, voice consumer service offer. Projects include introduction of network platform components/features for this service. The PM will need to own/lead/project manage multiple complex projects. These projects focus on the development/baselining of vendor requirements documents, vendor contract approval & Change Management, development/tracking to completion of detailed MS Project Work Breakdown structure, organize, lead, facilitate and scribe all project status/issue resolution meetings, track action items, risks, etc. associated with all project deliverables.Project documentation deliverables, development of detailed MS Project Work Breakdown structure, vendor contract approval & Change Management, vendor deliverables to AT&T Labs, Test Planning, Lab assembly, completion of AT&T Labs Approval For Use Certification Testing and Production Deployment of Network Elements in support of the UVerse Consumer VoIP Capacity/Service Offer requirements. Job Description: (What will the contractor do on that project?) The PM will need to own/lead/project manage multiple large complex projects. Responsibilities include: working with vendor/AT&T architecture teams to develop/baseline vendor requirements; management of the vendor Integrated services contract approval/change management process; development and tracking progress towards completion of detailed MS Project Work Breakdown Structure; organize, lead, facilitate and scribe all project status/issue resolution meetings; interface with AT&T Labs, IT, Operations, NP&E Planning and Engineering, CBB Design and deployment and vendor solution integration organizations to identify, integrate into the WBS and track to closure all dependencies, Provide written and verbal status updates to various leadership meetings; track action items, risks, etc. associated with all project deliverables; etc. *Skills Inventory * *Skill * *Experience * *Need * 1) Extensive VoIP/IMS Project Management Experience Expert Required 2) PMP Certification Expert Desired 3) Microsoft Project & Office Tool Expert Expert Required 4) Demonstrated record VoIP Infr.
