Contributes in the review of deliverables. * Participating in user groups, provide recommendations for standards and guidelines. * Prepares detailed specifications to develop or modify large complex software applications. * Resolving customer complaints with software, responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. * Supporting and performing maintenance on software, understanding integration points, trouble-shooting production issues * Understanding standards and deliverables to ensure integrity of the development process * Working with customers and technical team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and quality technical solutions. * Working with technical staff to understand complex software problems of many varied factors, moderate to high in scope * Working with technical staff to understand moderately complex software problems of several related factors, moderate in scope * Writing documentation to describe program development, logic, coding and corrections.
