- PEGA PRPC Certification - 5.4 - minimum 5.3
- Agile experience - either as a developer and/or leader
- DSDM Practitioner or Certified Scrum Practitioner
qualifications an asset.
- Exemplary verbal communications skills
- Claims development experience.
- *Would like to have :*
- Websphere development experience - MQ and RAD. Specifically EJB,
Web Services and database (entity beans)
- *BCBSNC experience ideal. After that...*
- Blue Cross Blue Shield Experience
- Healthcare
- Insurance - this is minimum domain experience.
