Skills: * Functional knowledge of Check Processing or ACH or Credit-card Processing or other Payment Processing systems. * 4-5 years of experience in supporting client-server applications on Windows & AIX platforms. * Should have excellent analytical skills * Proven experience in triaging, troubleshooting & escalating Production issues is a must. * Excellent communication skills & experience producing root-cause analysis reports * Experience with Mainframe, JCL will be a plus * Experience with CPCS, IPD, SEI applications will be a big plus
