Duration: 12 to 24 Months Contract Payrate: $40/hr on c2c
Role & Responsibilities: *8+ years of experience in a large company as an Oracle DBA *Install RDBMS software, create new and retire old databases following established checklists. *Perform other DBA duties as assigned *Abillity to lead multiple teams and support internal and external clients *Develops and conducts formal and informal presentations. *Develops/defines/ manages standards or projects applicable to Database Design *Provide Production Support for a sizable number of applications, including code builds, database monitoring, performance tuning, and general day-to-day DBA activities. *Communicate work plans for the coming week to the assigned team lead. *Participate in the on call rotation with the other DBAs. *Provide support for new applications including load testing support, database tuning and configuration *Must have experience using project management tools,scheduling and managing work activities of others. *STRONG analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal and written communication skills *F2F interview required after extensive phone INTERVIEW.
