2 - Automation QA 2 - Performance QA Please don’t send resumes with out SAAS experience Unix background required folks with saleforce testing exp will be plus Location : 1 position is in Austin, TX and the other either in SFO/San Jose Position – I Tester (Senior-level, 6-8 Years, Manual Functional) Deep experience in testing complex high availability, multi-tenant SaaS applications Deep experience in testing web applications Knowledgeable in ASP, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, and XML. Knowledge of protocols such as HTTP, SSL, SMTP, SNMP, and LDAP Excellent ability to troubleshoot and isolate application issues Solid admin-level knowledge of multiple versions of Microsoft Windows and Linux. Proficient at installation, configuration, and troubleshooting at the application, OS and networking level. Familiar with network infrastructure such as routers, load balancers, proxy servers, and firewalls Experience with SQL to perform data validation. Proven ability to provide technical guidance to other QA Engineers. Network Administration experience with Windows/Linux networks Flexible and adaptable in meeting the changing needs of the department and business. Good verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex technical issues and relate to customers requirements/needs. Experience with i18N and L10N Experience with quality systems such as ISO, CMM, or Six Sigma Experience with SMTP, network configuration, and Active Directory. Experience with Microsoft Exchange administration is a strong plus. Hands on experience with the use of various defect tracking systems (ie: Bugzilla, TeamTrack, Test Track, Remedy) and source code management systems (Clear Case, CVS, VSS, Perforce). Position - II Tester (Senior-level, 6-8 Years, Automation) Deep experience in testing and automating complex SaaS web apps Excellent technical and programming skills and the ability to design and write test tools specifically for a given project as needed. Strong skills in developing well-structured and maintainable automation code. Strong python development skills Strong understanding of both data driven and keyword driven automation techniques Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Squish, Watir or Silk Experience with SMTP, network configuration, and Active Directory. Experience with Microsoft Exchange administration, mail routing, and enterprise anti-spam/anti-virus and archive products is a strong plus Position: III Tester (Senior-level, 6-8 Years, Performance) Strong experience in performance/scale testing of complex SaaS applications Strong working admin-level knowledge Linux and Windows Programming skills in scripting languages such as Python or Jython Strong working knowledge of various system performance monitoring utilities such as perfmon, vmstat, top, iostat, sar, etc; Strong working knowledge of load generation tools (e.g LoadRunner, JMeter,TestMaker) Basic Relational DB administration skills Proven ability to collect performance baseline data and to do initial root cause analysis based on performance testing data Ability to do initial root cause analysis on performance testing data Must be able to collect and analyze results, producing performance report and sizing model for production planning Experience with application profilers (e.g. Yourkit, Jprofiler, Jprobe) a plus. Basic programming skills in Java or C# is a plus. Experience with SMTP, network configuration, and Active Directory.
