Work Site Location: St. Louis - Missouri Start/End Date: 2009-07-27 to 2009-10-26 Total Duration: 91 Days / 13.0 Weeks Description: Client needs a consultant with a combination of Callidus (compensation management software) and Oracle Financials software skills ande ! experience. Key responsibilities include: 1.) Participates in the design of complex solutions primarily within Callidus and Oracle Applications; 2.) Leads on-going development and the support of existing business processes; 3.) Manages small to medium project initiatives within Oracle Applications; 4.) Contributes to the development and delivery of presentations; 5.) Leads the design and implementation of new customer projects and business programs; 6.) Assists in the mentoring and growing of junior business analystresources. Skills/Experience: 1.) Minimum three years of business analyst or consulting experience with Callidus Applications; 2.) Minimum three years of business analyst or consulting experience with Oracle Financial Applications; 3.) Callidus TrueComp 5.2 and Oracle 11i experience preferred; 4.) Knowledgeable and experienced in the Software Development Lifecycle; 5.) Knowledgeable in relational databases and SQL; 6.) Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Accounting, MIS, or a technical related field; 7.) Strong understanding of financial business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes; 8.) Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations.; 9.) Good project management skills; 10.)
