Location: MI Client: HP Locals Preferred Green cards and US Citizen's preferred Duration: 6 Months Responsibilities . The Project Analyst is responsible for development and management of business requirements. . The Project Analyst elicits, systematically analyzes, validates and documents business, organizational and/or operational requirements. . Once requirements are identified, the Project Analyst facilitates the collaborative identification of solutions by business and technical staff based on business needs. . Solutions often include a systems development component, but may also consist of process improvement or organizational change. . The Project Analyst supports the successful implementation of identified solutions through the related functions of business process engineering, coordination of testing activities, issue resolution and implementation support. Requirements: . Bachelor's degree in related field . Certified as a Business Analyst -- a plus . Experience in the healthcare/insurance industry preferred, but not required . Knowledge of the Project Management Lifecycle . Demonstrates focus on implementing business/technical solutions . Experience with development based projects . Superior written and verbal communication skills Skills Summary: . MS Word . MS Excel . MS Outlook . MS Access . MS Visio . SQL . Access Programming .
