Project Name: BVoIP Project Description: Provide Process Engineering support for multiple business VoIP services. Job Description: Responsible for developing service assurance (maintenance, proactive & reactive fault management) processes in support of multiple business VoIP services that will be used by work center resources to support AT&T Business customers. Support the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operations Readiness Testing (ORT) for new VoIP services. Support process and systems training to get the key work centers ready for supporting the new business VoIP services. Strong knowledge of process management and program management disciplines to successfully launch new VoIP services from a service assurance customer service perspective. Strong functional analysis skills, process re-engineering background, and systems knowledge required. Knowledge and demonstrated experience in VoIP, data IP and voice service offerings and application of the maintenance and fault management processes required to support them, including the related roles and responsibilities.
