Position Title: Ruby on Rails Developer
Location: Cincinnati, OH Duration: 3-6+ month (potential for extension) Phone or FTF Interview: Phone / Skype Hiring manager notes/details/description: Workload and priorities are established by the client. This person will be responsible for "ownership" of multiple applications which includes maintenance tickets, new feature development, design, and enhancement tasks. Tasks will range from a few minutes to several weeks based on the release definition defined by the client. It's expected this person will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. I cannot over emphasize this enough. It is preferred that this person works onsite however there is some flexibility depending on their effectiveness and efficiency performing their duties. The resource will be working directly with the client . Our internal Developer will work with the resource during the transition period and available for assistance if needed.
