Title: Project Manager posted on 2014-07-22 13:50:32 Job Description:*Role: Project Manager* *Location: Redmond, WA* *Duration: 2 months*+ Responsibilities: Support Business Program owner with PMO for a large multi country program to deploy changes to Microsoft Consulting Services Delivery and Operations teams to support improved compliance capabilities across a number of business processes including Deal Approval, Procurement and Delivery Management. Program Management: Definition of the project structure, scope and project plan to implement process change and complete reviews of vendor profile in applicable countries. Using PMO leading practices and standards, team with the project/work stream owners to facilitate a project management process to fit their needs, and oversee and execute on that process/plan. Create, maintain and support the project schedule and dashboard, facilitate meetings, and proactively identify risks to the project. Management and co-ordination of project activities across (virtual) teams including deployment activities for new processes Facilitate program communications, identify and implement continuous improvement practices, and provide regular status reports as required.
