*Job Description:*



Strong Hands on TIBCO BE, TIBCO BW/EMS and HAWK & Admin

                Proficiency with TIBCO products, including Web services,
XPATH, XML, SQL, JAVA, and HTML.

                Strong working knowledge on SOA or Messaging integration &
familiarity with Web Services Concepts(SOAP/REST), including Standards &
guidelines,  Architecture & Design patterns.

                Understanding of Network topology, DMZs, Load balancing,
Fault tolerance, clustering, error handling operation and performance
tuning.

                Strong exposure with UNIX and NT operating systems

                Expertise in following TIBCO Product Suits:

                Tibco Active Matrix Business Works 5.x,  Tibco Active
matrix Adapters(ADB,File),TIBCO BE 5.x

Message oriented Middle ware: Tibco Enterprise Message server 6.x, Tibco
Rendezvous 5.x

                Monitoring tool: Tibco Hawk

                Deployment: Tibco Administrator for deployment

                DBMS: • Oracle/SQL server, • SQL and PL/SQL

                Languages: Java

                Environment: UNIX, LINUX, Windows

                XML:  XSD, DTD, XML, X-path

                Other Tools : TIBCO AMX BPM

                Experience of onsite/offshore model

                Strong Communication Skills and  customer relationship
management



Responsibility:

                Take ownership and responsibility to deliver a complete
solution

                Participate on requirements gathering, lead architecture
discussions, complete documentation of the solution architecture and the
demo scenarios to enable design/development team to implement projects on
TIBCO technology

                Analyze requirements; provide architectural directions,
guiding/mentoring and leading development team

                Develop trusted advisor relationships with client senior
management

                Strong client facing skills - presentation, facilitation,
written and verbal communications.

                Ability Identify, define and build new business
opportunities

                Coach & train internal staff , supporting PoCs and pilot
projects on-site / remotely

                Delivering technically quality solution

                Working on Client Proposals, Estimation etc
