*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*


1.     Work as a member of the SFDC Technical team to implement
enhancements to the system in line with given business needs

2.     Assist in defining technical solutions in Salesforce to support
business processes

3.     Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business
logic to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user
experience

4.     Implement and integrate third-party products / applications on the
Salesforce platform

5.     Deploy Salesforce meta-data between non-production and production
environments using appropriate tools

6.     Develop, launch and manage in-depth dashboards and reports for all
team functions at both management and individual level as directed by the
CRM development team lead

7.     Assist in managing the quality of data in Salesforce.com as defined
by the Global CRM Team Lead

8.     Research and advise on best practices for Salesforce solutions

9.     Remain current on Salesforce.com best practices and technologies

10.   Provide support to Salesforce users in all groups and act as a point
of contact for end-user support

11.   Serve as a 'go to' person for Salesforce for internal clients
throughout the company

12.   Work with Salesforce support to troubleshoot issues and maintain
smooth operation and performance of the platform as directed by the CRM
technical team leaders

13.   Assist in developing and support key decision support and financial
reports for senior management

14.   Maintain Users, User Roles, Security, and Profiles

15.   Prepare data landed by the data landing team for migration into
Slaeforce adhering to all data quality rules.

16.   Migrate data from legacy systems using Apex Data loader


*JOB REQUIREMENTS*


·Salesforce administrator certification a strong plus
·Bachelor's degree in business or information systems preferred
· 3+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience
· Expert with Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL
· Demonstrated expertise in data migration
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a
cross functional team environment
· Strong customer focus
·Experience with decision support, financial reporting and dashboards is
desired
· Experience with customer service workflow efficiencies, phone systems is
desired
· Excellent attention to detail and complex problem solving capabilities
· Basic programming knowledge is a plus
