*Position : Salesforce.com Tech Lead or Manager Location : Dallas , TX, Chicago , IL, Lincoln, RI and Phonex AZ Duration : 1+ year * *Note: who are willing to join this july 31st* *Job Description:Responsibilities Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Relationship Management this position is responsible for development and elaboration of Sales and CRM business initiatives. The successful candidate will effectively collaborate with CVS Caremark partner leaders during the design phase of product development projects in order to set the stage for further technical elaboration and construction. The candidate will be expected to understand the current enterprise solution and how they are part of an integrated solution. The candidate must be able to vet out enhancements and new product ideas with IT partners to expand the depth and breadth of Salesforce CRM, Platform, and Partner functionality. This position does not have business interaction. Responsibilities include:-Providing insight into Salesforce product usage, functionality and capabilities. -Participation in estimating systems costs and ROI. -Proactively seek to improve day-to-day efficiency and automate activities wherever possible Qualifications This position requires a proven track record in partnering with the IT organization. Individual must possess expertise in Salesforce.com and a strong understanding of current IT systems and capabilities. The developer assists in the business process re-design and documentation as needed for new technology.
