Position: Middleware Administrator Location: Cumberland, RI Duration: 6 Months. *Job description**:* *Responsibilities* • Hands-on experience within the IT industry administering WebLogic Application and iPlanet servers in a production environment. • Moderate Experience developing J2EE applications. (ie: having build a Java application using JDBC, JMS, JNDI, configuring an NSAPI WebLogic plugin…) • Issue Management, Problem Management, and Change Management process knowledge • Ability to work independently, manages projects, take ownership of tasks and be held accountable for the delivery of high quality products, and customer services. • Experience implementing and utilizing Systems Management, Performance testing, and monitoring tools a plus (SiteScope, Optier, Load Runner, and Splunk experience) • Experience with IIS, PKI, Directories, and Content Management Systems (SiteMinder, Sun LDAP, TeamSite/OD experience a plus) • Experience with DBMS, Networking, and Server technologies a plus • Excellent communication skills: delivering precise accurate information. Adapting language style to a wide range of audiences. Remain calm under pressure. • Working experience as a project/team lead capacity a plus.
