This includes participation in the team on call rotation and some after-hours support. Interface with our internal customers on operational issues and projects. We have a strong emphasis on customer service, and you should too. Develop new tools, automation and monitoring infrastructure. Job Requirements a.. 6+ years of UNIX system administration support, preferably as a generalist. Must include Solaris and Linux. b.. Ability to automate sophisticated processes in shell, php or perl preferred. c.. MySQL, Cisco IOS, Cyclades experience all a plus. d.. Experience supporting a high-availability, production environment for a large-scale organization required. e.. Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the writing of documentation, required. f.. Self-starter, initiative, ability to establish and follow process g..
