Work well with vendor personnel is an important skill. Some experience with web development and/or eCommerce projects is required. The PM should be familiar with Project Management tools involving milestones, Gantt charts, resource management, time sheets, etc. Ability to communicate up and down the management chain. Ability to interact and understand multi-departmental Information Technology needs and concerns.
