Looking forward to hear from you... *Role: EDI Consultant* *Location: Columbus, OH* *Duration: Long Term* *Rate: $/hr on C2C All Incl.* *Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:* · Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). · Excellent organizational skills. · Understanding of EDI concepts (EDI 214, 310, 850, 855, 856, 861, 810, 860, 997). · Understanding of file movement techniques (ftp, sftp, mft). *Roles and Responsibilities:* · Learn and understand the current state EDI landscape across all brands. · Update current state documentation based on implemented changes or new learnings. · Create new documentation as necessary to understand and support current EDI landscape. · Facilitate weekly meeting, documenting action items, decisions made, issues, concerns, and general notes. · Analyze and research reported issues. · Ensure incidents are appropriately documented in formal Incident Management System (Frontrange). · Document and present opportunities for improvement. · Provide weekly status report to include new issues, existing issues, closed issues. · Establish formal SLAs and track adherence to those SLAs. *Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:* · Ability to speak/write Korean. · Ability to speak/write Cantonese. · Personable/Likeable. · Able to effectively work with varying groups (IT, business, and 3rd parties). · Hard working, “Get the job done” attitude. · Knowledge of GXS EDI solution. · Knowledge of apparel retail.
