*IBM Developers- IBM Cast Iron & IBM Datapower - 12 positions.*
*Location : St. Louis MO*
*Duration : 12- 36 months*
Primary responsibilities will include development of interfaces between
on-premise and cloud applications or external partners using IBM Cast Iron
and IBM Datapower. The ideal candidate for this role must demonstrate
strong knowledge about cloud & service integration technologies and
development skills and the ability to collaborate with various team members
to ensure successful delivery of project.
Responsibilities Include:
- Development of interfaces to integrate services with various cloud
applications.
- Coordinate work among multiple teams and drive results.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analysis and documentation of technical requirements, including
interacting with users to understand application design and integration
patterns
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a
complex technical architecture / landscape
- Strong interpersonal skills to successfully work with both internal
business and IT colleagues
- Ability to create an environment that fosters candid communication.
Clearly expresses oneself orally and in writing. Listens carefully,
solicits other's opinions
- Self directed and demonstrates agility to respond quickly in a rapidly
changing business environment. Fosters a sense of urgency, identifies and
overcomes obstacles
*Qualifications*
Required skills/experience:
- BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience on IBM Cast Iron & Datapower
technologies
- Experience in development on cast iron for integration with
salesforce.com
- Experience in development of orchestrations (Connectivity,
Transformations, Workflow) for the WebSphere Cast Iron integration appliance
· Exposure in Creating, Configuring and Publishing Integration
projects.
· Exposure to Deploying, Undeploying and Deleting Integration
project configuration for different environments.
· Experience in Implementing the designs provided for building
interfaces between a client applications and Salesforce.com
· Exposure to using Multiple instances of WebSphere Cast Iron and
deployment, HA, load balancing concepts
· Good Understanding and Correcting Errors / Messages generated
- Demonstrated use of proxies with SOAP or REST transports, WS Security
· Self starter, independent, but also team oriented.
· Ability to handle multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
· Exceptional communication skills.
Desired skills/experience:
- Development experience in other Integration technologies SAP PI, OSB
or IBM MQ.
- Good Understanding of Sales force Data Model.
