*UIM UI Designer/Developer* *CRSO Contractor Profile* *Job Profile:* The candidate must have considerable experience designing and developing dynamic web applications using complex XHTML, Javascript and CSS as opposed to designing simple web pages. *Responsibilities:* Design, script (code), implement and lead the development of user interface components of web applications. Translate ideas, workflows and wireframes into valid, structured web pages and stylesheets. Candidate must be able to develop usable and flexible layouts using best practices. Translate concepts and information into visually compelling user interfaces under tight deadlines. Create prototypes to aid planning phase of development projects. Conduct feasibility reviews of design concepts with team members Implement design concepts using contemporary technologies based on the Web/JEE development stack *Requirements:* 3 + years implementation experience in launching successful interactive web applications as a key member of a web development, application development, or user experience team. 4+ years of experience with HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML. 3+ years of experience with Javascript, AJAX,. Extremely comfortable with Javascript. Strong understanding of web standards, object-oriented design and software development principles.
