This is for my direct client opening for *Sr. Oracle Developer with Data Warehousing- NYC, NY*. This is a *12 months contract *position. The *hourly rate is DOE*. * * *Project Description*: Requirement Notes: A Sr. Oracle Developer with a minimum of 5 years experience with Oracle 9i or 10g database application development with BI/OLAP experience. *Skills Required:* • Extensive experience with Oracle DDL Scripting, PL/SQL Packages and Oracle SQL Loader • Data Modeling and Performance Tuning is a must • Extensive experience in Data Warehousing/Data Mining • Experience with Oracle Architecture in regards to physical data organization, memory structures, monitoring tools and techniques, etc. • Strong Unix Shell Scripting • BI/OLAP experience • Team Leadership Skills The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills; hold a four-year degree in Computer Science, Business or MIS; and have a consulting background.
