Utilize and develop dashboards, scorecards, KPI reports and other visualizations that support our Enterprise Business Intelligence Strategy. 1. BS or BA degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or related field is required. 2. 5+ years Business Intelligence development experience with a strong understanding of Business Objects. Experience *Tableau and Tableau Server is a must. * 3. Additional experience in an ETL tool, specifically experience with* Informatica*. 4. Recommended 3+ years experience within data analytics. 5. Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC). 6. Strong communication and presentation skills. 7. 5+ years experience in relational database technology. 8. Strong understanding of dimensional models and the ability to make suggestions to the model that will improve the reporting insight and user experience. 9. Ability to express complex technical concepts verbally and visually. 10. Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience and varying levels within the organization. Demonstrated ability to work well within a team of application developers to lead portions of projects or tasks. 11. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effectively manages own and other team members time. 12. Ability to work long hours and meet with vendors and high-level business leaders.
