The Service Reliability Engineer role has the objective of ensuring the stability and availability of Healthcare.gov. The position will serve as the integration point for ensuring overall systems health, problem resolution, and operational readiness by holding the following responsibilities: • Work with support teams to drive improvements in availability, stability, and reliability • Monitor performance, capacity, availability, and usage metrics to ensure established OLAs and SLAs are being met and work with support teams to proactively resolve negative trending as required • Ensure required configuration management, backup and recovery, security management, and disaster recovery plans are in place and being followed • Ensure "operational readiness" tasks have been completed before changes are moved into the production environment (fault tolerance, monitoring, basic support documentation, etc.). • Develop and maintain "end-to-end" technical and business knowledge of assigned strategic portals and applications • In conjunction with a priority incident “command center”, participate in / lead critical incident restoration (Incident Management). • Provide level two support, assist with and/or coordinate the activities of level three troubleshooting • Participate in / lead root cause analysis and resolution (Problem Management) • Participate in daily change review • Participate in project meetings as needed to ensure awareness, and to ensure support readiness activities are accounted for. • Oversee volume testing activities • Work closely with senior leaders internally, customer organization and other partnerships Required Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience • A minimum of three years of experience with applications development and infrastructure technologies across different platforms • A minimum of six years of hands-on operational support responsibilities for IT infrastructure • A minimum of five years of experience with structured change, release, incident, and problem management practices • Hands-on experience supporting large IT infrastructure for a large, $500M+ organization • Strong data analysis skills that identify baselines, trends, patterns, systemic problems • Strong customer service skills • Work at customer site. • Vendor management skills Preferred Qualifications: • ITIL Certification • Excellent business acumen • Strong leadership skills, both individual and team • Methodology and process creation skills • Knowledge of statistical process control and measurement / reporting practices • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences including senior level management *The best way to reach me is through email.* *Thanks & Regards RameshBusiness Development Executive Sriven Infosys Inc.
