It is .Net and SharePoint, but .Net is main focus, and the person does not have to have 3 years of SharePoint like the description says. They just need to be decently experienced in it. The manager told us this. In addition, the manager told us that his list of technical requirements below are important and that he is looking for someone who does have that experience. Do you have anyone local to Richmond or nearby? Not sure if there will be an onsite interview, but likely there will be, so anyone local to Richmond or close enough to drive to the client site for an onsite interview is preferable. Sr .NET Developer (w/ SharePoint experience) *Technical Experience Required:* 5+ years of .Net development using C# 3+ years of SharePoint experience building Solution Packages (WSPs) and Web parts Proficiency in Visual Studio 2010 and 2012 Proficiency in ASP.net web forms Good hands on working experience of Entity Framework model Good hands on working experience of MVP model Good hands on working experience of Design patterns Good hands on working experience of WIS - Windows Identity Framework Good hands on working experience of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Good hands on working experience of WCF-Web services Some level of SharePoint Administration experience is preferable Exposure to Windows Server AppFabric, Working experience with SQL Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2 *Non-Technical requirements:* Be able to work on projects independently and hit the road running quickly Strong SDLC background with experience in Agile development methodology Very good working experience following Project management Methodology *Notes from Manager - * Below is the contract position I have open.
