The environment consists of: 14 sites (domestic and international) 2 Cisco UC Clusters (US and Asia) 2 BT Syntegra Turret Switches (CT & NY) 2 Speaker bus Switches (CT & NY) 1 Mitel PBX's (Hong Kong) 1 Nice Call Recording System (legacy) Other voice related technologies Research, evaluate and engineer solutions to keep up with new voice technologies current and meet the requirements of the firm as they come up. Monitor and administer day-to-day operations of all voice-related areas (Cisco UC, Turrets, Hoot-N-Holler, VOIP), Manage and coordinate installation of new technologies, circuits, ARD's, etc., Support other technology teams during moves, ads and changes, Support relationships with vendors and partners, ongoing documentation of existing and new systems, interact with other technology teams regarding new application developments and service installation. At least 5 years of voice systems experience. EXCELLENT written, oral communications and documentation skills!
