Responsibilities include: manage internal resources in strict adherence to the SAP standards for medium scale implementation and integration projects. Prepare realistic project cost budgets, timeframe estimates and milestones in conjunction with detailed client project plans. Monitor project performance, progress and risk status. Senior Project Manager: multiple small to medium projects, minimum of seven (7) full lifecycle implementations *Project Manager * Work with the Project Lead or Senior Analyst in designing or developing business blueprint, modules integration, solution design, testing, training, documentation, support, oss notes or patch updates, authorization, team lead. This resource will also handle the facilitation of implementation workshops. Minimum of three (2) full lifecycle implementations *Functional Lead * Work with the Project Manager in managing functional team and business stakeholders. Oversee Business blueprint, modules integration, solution design, testing, training, documentation, support, oss notes or patch updates, authorization, team lead. Has the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Functional Lead: minimum of three (3) full lifecycle implementations as lead *Technical Lead * Technical Lead oversee investigation, design, build, test and deployment of technical solutions to solve business problems and provide new business capability. The lead will handle coordination across other BITS teams. Good grasp of the system administration layers, such as Basis, Netweaver is important. Some of the skillsets should include, proven ability to develop plans and lead technical teams in the delivery of IT projects and services; demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of the Basis aspects of complex SAP environments and integration with other platforms and technologies; demonstrated ability to manage large IT/business projects and programs through all phases of the project life cycle, including internal resources. Technical Lead: minimum of three (3) full lifecycle implementations as lead *Business Analyst * Business analysts have to interact with functional unit processes owners in order to identify, define and document the possible operational needs and the objectives of the actions, operational procedures of the present, the problems and the requirements of input and output and the system access levels. Oversee project scheduling, documentation and workshop organization. Skills: Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and Excel *Change and Training Lead * The Change Management Lead manages a variety of projects related to organizational change. The lead will ensure smooth and responsible plans are in place for technology change. Key focus is systems, technology and business processes as well. The primary responsibilities are to develop change management plans around communications, training and coaching. The lead is also responsible for developing strategies in an attempt to reduce risk of business roadblocks. Other task include preparing readiness tests before going live enterprise applications. This is another key step that ensures a smooth transition from one process to the next. *SAP BOBJ Analyst * The SAP Business Objects analyst will be responsible for the delivery of reporting and warehouse assets based on technical specifications (and may be called upon to fill gaps in specifications with expert knowledge).
